We deliver an uptime of 99.996% on the electricity network in the Triangle Region and on the Island of Bornholm and develop and maintain the capacity of the electricity network.
The electricity grid company of the Group provides 146,000 customers with electricity in the Triangle Region and 29,000 customers on the Island of Bornholm. The price is somewhat lower than the national average in Denmark. As an electricity grid company, we want to be the power company that offers the highest security of supply at the lowest possible prices.
The electricity grid company enjoys a monopoly on transport of electricity in the Triangle Region and on the Island of Bornholm, but other electricity trading companies may sell electricity through our electricity grid.

The history of the EWII Group began in 1867 when Vejle, as the fourth city in Denmark, got at water plant. Sincen then, we have ensured sustainable groundwater abstraction in the Triangle Region, e.g. groundwater protection through forestation.
We deliver vintage water and water quality according to international food safety standards with a high degree of security of supply and careful controls, and we are certified according to ISO 22000, ISO 55001 and ISO 9001.
In 2023, our water supply company supplied clean drinking water to 53,000 customers in the Triangle region. The company enjoys a water supply monopoly in parts of the Triangle Region in Denmark.

District heating illustrates the green future and is efficient utilization of energy, and it improves the economics and reduces the country’s carbon emission.
It is a future-proof, intelligent and flexible energy system as several energy sources are utilized.
The Group's heating supply company has ISO certification according to DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 – quality management systems. In 2023, the company supplied district heating to 33,000 customers in the Triangle Region. The company enjoys a monopoly on district heating supply in parts of the Triangle Region in Denmark.

Fibre network is a prerequisite for today's modern society. Fibre network must be regarded as part of the infrastructure in our society in the same way as electricity, water, and district heating.
The Group has been expanding the fibre network infrastructure in the Triangle Region since 2012 and now all of the 135,000 addresses in the Triangle Region have access to the fibre network.
Recently, we have sold of our fibre network to Norlys, who will continue the fibre operations in the Triangle Region. Hand-over is currently in progress.
